DESCRIPTION:Susquehanna MDDThursday\, Feb. 19\, 9:00 am \n\n\n\nMechanicsburg BIC Church \n\n\n\nPlease mark your calendar to reserve this date in February for a Ministry Development Day as we delve into “Navigating Trauma in the Church.” We have seen a noticeable increase in the abuse\, mental health\, and general trauma situations that pastors and churches face. During this Ministry Development Day\, we will hear from professionals working in the field and have opportunity to discuss how we best navigate these issues when they impact our church family. \n\n\n\nCheck-in begins at 8:30 a.m.\, program begins at 9:00 a.m. and lunch will be provided. There is no cost to attend. \n\n\n\nThis is a required MDD for all lead pastors\, but will facilitate conversation among all staff who are able to attend. \n\n\n\n\nREGISTER HERE

SUMMARY:Susquehanna Conference Annual Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Susquehanna Conference Annual Meeting will take place on Saturday\, April 11\, 2026 at Mountain Ridge Community Church\, 32 Big Dam Rd.\, Dillsburg\, PA. Arrival and check in begins at 8:15 a.m. and the meeting will begin at 9:00. Lunch will be provided and we plan to finish no later than 3:00 p.m. \n\n\n\nWe will once again host an evening of worship and prayer at at 7:00 pm on Friday\, April 10\, 2026 at Luz\, Alegria y Esperanza\, 8273 Carlisle Pike\, York Springs\, PA 17372\,  \n\n\n\nBoth gatherings are open to anyone\, but registration is required for the annual meeting. Credentialed pastors and church delegates are required to attend the Saturday meeting but the evening of worship and prayer is optional. Register at https://forms.gle/17drFoxRforREbQ57 \n\n\n\nYou may register register multiple people by selecting “submit another response” after submitting a response.  \n\n\n\nIf you have problems with the registration form\, please email or call the conference office (bicsusquehanna@bicus.org or 717-461-2230) and leave a message with your name and phone number.
